The true and wonderful Meaning of Home

Home is a place for peace and rest A place to just be you A place you can express yourself in any way you like But 'place' is not the right word for it it is more of a feeling A safe place with the ones you love, it can feel quite healing A home is not a house A home is in your heart Everyone should have a one Not just people who can afford Helping people without a home would be the best reward That is why I write this poem I am lucky to have a home It makes me feel so free It makes me feel so good Happy as one can be If you have a home Appreciate it because some people don't If you don't appreciate it - be a home it won't !
