This is Home

Firstly a home is where people should feel safe and comfortable and being able to help people it’s like helping someone start a new life then they could keep helping with the meaning of home. Everyone deserves a place where they can feel safe and comfortable and I’m trying to make that happen. Secondly a home is where people should cherish memories with their family and friends. Home is a spot where you can do things with family members and friends and just love being in that moment. Everyone should be able to do this and the meaning of Home volunteers are going to make it happen. If you don’t feel that you don’t feel at home having a family member there for you is really going to help. Thirdly, having private space. Having private space can really help you when you need to relax or even don’t want company. Just having a space where you can relax if you had an argument with a family member knowing you need a break can be good with your relationship. I think that everyone should have this space while other people know that you need a break. Lastly, what makes your home unique. I say my home is unique because we do things that my other family members do. Cooking makes our home unique because others might not cook the same as me and you. If you don’t feel that your culture is safe in your home then that might not be the right spot for you and your family. If you feel like your culture is freely moving in your home then I would say you found your spot. These are what makes a home to me and maybe even you. You should have these feelings and others when you are at home with family and friends. Just remember that you make your home the way you want it, nobody else.
