The Importance of Home

Home. What is it? When I came into the world I had no idea where I was or what I was doing in a wonderful world like this. There was love and magic was in the air. It always had good people. It always had a good sibling to keep you company, it always had a great mom and a great dad who will love you no matter what you do. and make you feel loved. and it always did a good job of making me feel safe. It always made me feel special. It made me feel loved. It's like there is a force field around me to keep me safe, to keep me loved, to keep me away from the darkness, but most importantly it keeps me free in the world. Home isn't just a place, it's not just a square with a triangle on top. It's not just an old shack that you live in, it's YOUR home. The world is a wonderful place where goodness and love rules. Big or small the house might be but at the end of the day it's your home. Sometimes I think to myself and say I don't deserve this home . Some people don't even have a home and I do. Sometimes I start to cry thinking about what other people don't have to what I do have so home really means so much to me it would probably feel the same to other people if they had a home to look after but the home looks after you. But when I opened my eyes it wasn't the world I was thinking about, it was MY HOME.
