My Haven and Home

Home is one of the best places in the entire world. I love it when I go to my house after school, sit down on my couch all warm and cozy after being outside in the cold for a while. I get home around 5:00PM just around the time it gets dark out, and I get to see my dog Cooper, a big walnut brown shorthaired mutt with a big dopey smiling face when he sees anyone get home, and my extra fluffy, apricot and marmalade orange ginger cat Star Pudding, meowing for attention. Later in the day either 8:00 to 9:00PM, when everyone is calling it a day and going to bed, I take that as an advantage, it is the guaranteed, most awesome part of each day, i get into my bed, get under all the blankest two fluffy one thick and I grab the coziest pillow i have, and sometimes get my book and read. A few minutes after I go to bed, my dog Cooper comes along and finds a good spot in my bed and sleeps with me. But it's just when everyone is in the same room at the same time together, either eating supper or just relaxing on the soft comfy couch all conversing and chatting and telling each other about how each of their day went, all close together and warm, is the absolute best. Home isn't just any house, and home doesn’t even have to be a house, it could be a favourite store that you go to and are considered a regular there or even a library, with all your favourite books. Home is where you want to make it. And my home is with my super awesome parents, siblings and my animals Cooper and Star Pudding.
