What Does Home Mean?

What Does Home Mean? Home means many different things to many different people. To some it is a place to find refuge for others it's a place to be without being judged, a place where memories are. It has comfort and kindness. A place where it transforms from a house to a home. There are many who don’t have a home yet they are still hopeful. They deserve a home and it’s not their fault that they can’t afford a house. For most homes are welcoming and cozy. For some, homes are where the family is, for others it's where they grew up. Home is where you are appreciated and loved and where you feel like you fit in To me home is everything: love, appreciation, kindness and fun that goes on and on forever. A very special thanks to Habitat for Humanity for giving me a chance to write this essay. I hope others can learn to give to those who have nothing. This will make a big difference to the world, not making it perfect. But making it better, we all have a part to play to make this world fantastic and something we can be proud of.
