A Home is a Home
It has been said that “There’s no place like home.”
Always remember, “Home is where the heart is.”
“A house is made with walls and beams; a home is built with love and dreams.”
What do these three sayings and quotes have in common? Of course, they are all related to
homes, but what really makes a home a home? Not the bricks or plants or roof. Nor the stairs,
the tables or chairs. Not even the kitchen, the shower, or floors. What makes a house
Is so much more.
What makes a home is family and love. People in the home and always go above.
Your heart and feelings make a home so warm. Those who protect you from a storm.
A home brings you happiness, comfort, and peace. Where you can let go of your anger
and just release.
I am lucky to have a home with a brother, sister, mom, and dad. When I get home I always feel
glad.
In my home, I am not judged and can just be me. I am always at peace and feel such glee.
So knock on my door, come right inside.
Walk on my floor and enter my home with pride.
Always remember, “Home is not where you are from; it is where you belong.”
