When I get home from school, I drop my backpack on the ground. I run up stairs with stomping feet, And listen to the thumping sound. I walk over to my bed, For a place to rest my head. Then my brother says excitedly, “Can you come and play with me?”. I get out of bed and play with my brother, And after a little while I hear my mother. She says “Come on guys it’s time to eat”. Then we all go over to eat a delicious treat. After all the food my brother says “YUMMY!!!”, It looks like all the food must have filled his tummy. My brother and I go downstairs to play video games, Then all of a sudden it starts to rain. I’m grateful to have a roof over my head, So I don’t get all soaking wet. After a bit I watch some TV, Then my dad puts on an Avengers movie. Now’s the time to end my day, So tomorrow I will have energy to run and play. Common everybody join me to pray, So that everyone in the world will get a house to stay!
