This Is Home

Black or red, mansion or shed, big or small, tiny or tall. This is home. This is where we talk, where we walk. Where we play, where we have a say. Where we eat, where we sleep. There are people on the streets who barely ever eat, they don’t have a home. They’re all alone and they must survive by themselves with nobody else. They need help. Habitat for Humanity is here to say ‘’ Don’t worry, you’ll be okay!” They build homes for people in need and give them a safe place to sleep. They help the people live longer. They build them up and make them stronger. They help them get their lives together. They give them homes so there’s nothing to worry about ever. Now they have a place to stay and their shouting ‘’Hip hip hurray! I have a home, a place to stay, hip hip hurray!’’ This Is Home.
