What Home Means to Me

Home… Home is a place where I can wear what I want and be myself. Home I feel safe to laugh as loud as I want, and dance as weird as I want to dance. Home is where my family is. Home is where some days I'm running around looking for my phone charger, while other days I'm all cozy on the couch next to the tv. Home is a special place. Home is not just a shelter. It's not just a place. Home is an amazing place to wear what I want to wear. I feel encouraged to try new things and be the best me I can be. Home is where my family and I play games, watch tv and just have fun. Home is a place where I can try new hairstyles or clothes without feeling weird about it. Home is a place that you will never judge. Home is a place where I can sing as loud as I want without getting embarrassed. Home is a place where you have heat, food and water. Home is a place that you sleep, eat and feel safe. Home is a place where you're free from all judgement. Home is a place where you feel loved. Home is a place where you can just have fun. Home is a place where you are cherished. Always cherish you home. This is what home means to me. What does it meant to you?
