Cookie, My Home, and Me

To me, home is a place where you can do homework. Home is my favorite place because you can relax and have fun. Home is a place where I can have peace and quiet. In my home, I can always see Cookie. Cookie smells a bit funny but also good. Cookie feels wet and has a hard shell. Cookie doesn’t make any noise except when kicking in the water. She also hides in her shell! My favorite thing about home is that it keeps me supported and relaxed, so I can play with my toys and with Cookie. She also supports me. Inside my home, I feel safe, happy, and calm. I feel calm because nobody is distracting me. I feel happy because I can be with my family, friends, and Cookie. I also feel safe because home is my favorite place. A house is a place where a random person lives, but a home is where you truly belong. You might not feel at home in a random house. Some people are homeless because they cannot find a good job or do not have enough money. In the end, home means having peace, quiet, and relaxation. Home is important because you can do fun things there.
