Home is a Place

Home is a place where I feel safe and never alone, where I feel cozy and warm. Home is a place where I can play music and my family is always loving and supportive. They always make me happy, when I come home from school to a warm house and comfy couch with my dog on my lap cuddling me. Home is a place where I can sit and remember memories and put all the bad things behind me and think of all the things that make me happy. For example, when me and my brother used to swim in the lake by my cabin and in the night we used to have a campfire and make s'mores and we would always ask for more. Home is a place to remember when my family would always look at the stars and try to spot different shapes. Home is a place where I help make chocolate chip cookies and bake and I bake cookies with my mom and I always have a smile on my face. Home is a place where I'll always feel safe, no matter what happens to me or my family. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for helping so many people find a house and a home.
