Meaning of Home

Home is not just a place; it's a feeling of love, happiness, laughter, and joy. It's where all the memories are made. The scent of home is when I smell my sister's perfume, or my mom and dad cooking yummy food, like corn with butter melting away, or eggs sizzling in the pan like they are about to burst. It is the smell of a vanilla-scented candle burning away. The sound of home is when I hear my siblings fighting with each other, or when my brother is singing in the shower and my sisters are singing in their rooms. The sight of home is when I see my family smiling, laughing, and having a good time. The touch of home is when I am playing on my iPad with my friends on a call, laughing and having the best time of my life. In the end, the meaning of home to me is where my family and friends are.
