Home is Comfort

To me, home means comfort because, home is a special place in my heart and when I think oh home I feel comfort. Sometimes the comfort I feel are different types of comfort. The reasons that home is comfort is because home where my family is, home is memories and home is where I can be myself. Home is somewhere where the comfort of my family is. My family would make me feel like home is a safe place, a place to hide from the things I’m not ready to face. My family makes home feel like a place I don’t need to be afraid of. Home is memories, the bad or the good ones. Even if it’s a bad one it helps prepare us for the future. The memories we made together built our family and it built my personality. The memories I make I will cherish forever. Home is where I can be me. I don’t have to hide how I feel or be someone else. If it’s the weird, happy, mad or sad self I don’t have to pretend. I can be free as much as I want to be. That’s why home means comfort to me. Whether it’s the comfort of my bed or the comfort of the support of my family when I’m not feeling myself. Even if my home can be shaped weird sometimes, comfort is always still there just hiding somewhere.
