My Home Is In My Heart

My home is not just a building with walls. My home is a place where me and my family laugh together and make memories. It’s where we cozy on the couch ang eat fresh popcorn. Home is where hugs and laughing happens it’s where love is when my family cares for me. I really like when my family goes to the living room then snuggles up on the sofa with are blankets and watches curling. It’s even better when my Dad makes his homemade ice cream. My home feels like a super special place where I feel loved and where I belong. It is not just a place with rooms. I feel like my home is a place that I feel loved and where my family should feel loved. Every day after school I get a warm hug from my Mom and Dad. Hugs are not just arms wrapping around you. That’s a sign of love without using words. Home is where me and my sister and brother play and laugh. Home smells like the fresh cookies my Mom makes. It’s where me and my Mom starts puzzling. Home is a safe place for me and everyone should deserve one.
