My Home Isn’t Just A Home!

Home is my happy place. I sit at the table and talk to my parents about my day. I sleep comfortably on my bed and dream good dreams. I play board games with my family, and laugh at their funny jokes. If I feel down, my family cheers me up. I smile every time I get home. I do chores so my home looks nice. I look at our photos to remember our memories together. Every time I see a photo on the wall, it makes me happy. My home is where I was raised. When I enter my bedroom, I can look at all the art that I made, and all the posters of the things I love. I look at my beautiful creations that I made in the past with my friends and family. I have awesome parents that take care of me every day. My parents work every day, just so I can be happy. They pay for groceries every weekend, just so we have food to eat. I go to family gatherings, like holidays and birthdays. My parents drive me to see my grandma. My parents pay for girl scouts every week, so I can make new friends and new memories. They pay for summer camp every year, because they work during the summer as well. When I feel sick, my parents give me medicine to make me feel better. Home means everything to me, and I am happy to have a great home with great people inside it!
