Meaning of Home

A home is more than just a building. They can be full of memories both good and bad. A home can be full of love and warmth,and also some boundaries, but if you stick to them your home will forever be remembered. When I open my favourite book I feel all of these things. When I open the books I feel absorbed by the story,like it has taken me inside and showed me the wonders of these stories. I feel at home in my parents arms, protective, warm and comforting, telling me words of encouragement, and that my home is where I belong. The meaning of home and house are different. A house is just any building that you live in. A home can be anything you want it to be. It can be anywhere,a library, and a pool are where I feel at home sometimes. Reminders of home can be everywhere,and even if you are not there, smells, sights,and sounds can trigger memories. Good or bad, all memories are memories and homes are what they make. My home is Canada, the land of ice and snow,its made of many memories, Where's yours? I’d like to know.
