The thing that makes my home special is not just the house itself, but the warm and happy feeling it gives me every day,Some people think a house is just a building made of walls and a roof, or just a place to sleep, but my home is much more than that. When I walk inside, I see the cozy rooms, colorful decorations, and familiar spaces that make me feel safe and comfortable, I hear the laughter of my family, the sound of conversations, and sometimes music playing, which fills the home with joy, I can smell delicious food cooking in the kitchen and the fresh, clean scent that makes everything feel welcoming. When I touch things around my home, like my soft bed, warm blankets, and smooth furniture, they make me feel relaxed and at peace, I even taste the home cooked meals and treats we share together, which bring us closer as a family, All of these things I see, hear, smell, touch, and taste make my home a special place where I feel loved, safe, and truly happy. I am deeply grateful to Habitat for Humanity for helping my family have this wonderful home, because this act of kindness has given us not just a house, but a place filled with love, comfort, and hope for me and my family’s future.
