Home to me isn’t just a building; it’s where my family, my pets and the memories that make my house a home. My family is the biggest part of my home though. Because when I was younger, I had the choice to live with my dad or my sister and mom and I picked my dad. I cried every night because I couldn’t see my mom, so I went to live with my dad long story short. They moved to Winnipeg together where my mom started a new job, where she met my stepdad’s stepmom. Confusing, I know, but their engaged now. They also have a baby together -my baby sister. we call her B-wiggle most of the time because when we sing “do the B-wiggle, the B- wiggle,” it’s the cutest thing ever! Oh, you can never forget about my other sister. She’s the troublemaker, she’s also the middle child. Don’t worry, she doesn’t get locked away in the basement. That’s where me and my dad sleep. And that brings me to my dad. He LOVES video games, I mean LOVES them. One time he was playing video games and started saying brain rot. I started laughing. Last but never least, my aunty who's only 18, can you believe it! But she’s still the best. I don’t see her that often, mostly in passing but that’s ok because she’s still the best. Oh yeah, my cats, my cat is named Luna and my mom’s cat is named Nemo. That’s my crazy lovable family that make up my definition of home.
