Meaning of Home

When I think about home I think of more than just the house. I think about all the memories I have made, all the laughter, tears, and the bonding that grew. It is somewhere I feel loved, respected, and cared for. Home is my happy place. I can be myself without being scared. Wherever I go, home follows. It is somewhere I am included. There’s peace and quiet. My pets Theo, Lola, and Brian always make me laugh. I miss my dog Jax he was the best, it was so unfair when he passed. I love my home it is the best! Hugs and kisses are so sweet! I am so grateful for food and water and everything about it, my home has so much personality. My home is bright and colourful it shines its way through the dark times and sets the tone. My home is comfortable and welcoming. It brings a smile to my face repeatedly. My home is a fun space. I can never forget my home, never dislike it, never abandon it. It is our lives and that is what I love about it. Did I tell you about my mom? She is the absolute best. She is so kind, loving, awesome, beautiful, and funny. I could go on forever! She is a gift and that is why I love my mom. When I think of home I think of more than just the house I think of me, my mom, memories, and lastly... LOVE.
