Home Is Where I Am

I walk home after school, and I see my little brothers and my sister playing in the front yard. I walk inside and see Mum cooking tacos. I get my stuff off after saying hi and go to my room. I see my guitar beside my bed and see posters of Nirvana on the walls. My mom walks in and says ‘’Would you like some milk and cookies.’’ I say, " Sure, Mom, " and she brings me some to my desk. I can still see the homework under my bed and the things I have engraved in my desk. My TV is on top of my PS4 beside my PS4 games. I go downstairs and see my dog tag. He is such a good boy. ‘’Dinner is ready.’’ My mom calls. I go to dinner with my siblings, and we eat some yummy tacos. After dinner, I go back to my room, and then I start practising on my guitar. When I am done, I go right back to playing Call of Duty games with my friends. And then I do my math homework and my art homework. I then go to my bathroom, put my toothpaste on my toothbrush and head to bed in my One Piece PJs. It might not be much, but it’s home, the place where I am safe.
