Home is My Everything

Home is where the heart is. Home is where you can be yourself without getting judged,pointed out or laughed at. Home somewhere when people will keep your secrets safe. Home is the only place where people feel safe,warm and happy. Home is where you keep all your best memories. A home doesn’t have to be a structure, some people think or believe that home is where their family is or their favourite place. If home was a sound, it would sound like my family laughing at a joke and having a good time at dinner. If home was a feeling it would be like being hugged by my entire family, warm, kind and loving. If home was a taste it would taste like a five star dinner that my mom spent hours cooking. If home was a scent it would smell like freshly baked cake and sweets. If home was a sight it would look like me and my family playing a card game laughing and having fun. A home is also not just a place but the ones you share that place with. I can’t imagine my life without the people I share my home with. My sister and I watch movies together and listen and dance to music and sometimes have a really fun karaoke night! Me and my mom bake sweets together all the time! We bake chocolate cakes and pudding. Me and my dad like to build things together, for example if we buy a new desk we build it together ! This is why I think that home isn’t just a structure, even if you have a home you need to make it mean something like all the memories you gather and the people you share it with. This is my meaning of home.
