Home is my Safe Place

Home isn't just a place for food and water or where you sleep it's where the memories are and my family. Home makes me feel safe, warm, loving and happy. Even if me and my sister fight, it doesn't mean I don't love her. I love the times when me and my brother play outside or inside together. Even though me and my brother get mad at each other I still love him. My mom makes me feel safe and warm when she gives me a hug. I love when my mom makes yummy food for dinner and we sit together as a family at the table. I love when we play games in the living room. My dog cheers me up with her slobbery kisses and her soft fur. I love when my mom comes into my room to say good night. Home is a place to have fun. Home is a special place where we have fun together. I love the times when me and my sister play funny games like one time me and my sister pretended we were spies and we spied on our mom. She noticed us but she pretended that she didn’t notice us. It doesn't matter about the size, it's about the love that's in it. I love when we watch movies together in the sun room. It's fun when I help my dad make dinner in the kitchen. Me and my siblings play silly games together around the house. It's fun when me and my sister make up a dance together in the basement. I love when we play games on the ps5 and play fun games together. It's funny when my dad tries to sing but it is not good. When i go to bed my dad comes in to tuck me in. He wears his glasses and says brown hair when his glasses are off and says blond hair when his glasses are on. It's fun when we play outside or go on the ice rink and we go skating. That is what home means to me
