Home is a Loving Family

I feel safe in my home. I have a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in. My home is not made of wood or bricks, my home is made of family and love. I have a kind family who cooks yummy meals for my sister and I. Home is where I get warm hugs from my mom and dad. Home is a family who takes you to playgrounds and brings you movies. Home is like a big warm hug squeezing me tightly. Home is making memories to keep forever. Like when I went to kindergarten for the first time or when I turned one years old. My Family and I get cozy on the couch and look at pictures of me and My sister when we were young. My mom and dad wishes we were that young again. A house stays in place but a home can travel far away. It follows you wherever you go as long as you stick together. Like when I went to New Brunswick I had my family with me so I felt at home. Home is where I grew up even though I moved houses. My home will always be with me as long as my family is in it. Thank you Habitat for humanity for providing homes to people who need them.
