My Home

What does home mean to me? To me, home means family, love, caring, and safety. A home is a place of love, and family members show love to one another. What is home for? It is a place of safety and care, water, and shelter, and a place to be alive and healthy. There are a lot of things to learn at home. For example, you can learn good manners, skills such as cooking, and how to do things independently. We have a lot of celebrations at home, such as Christmas, Halloween, Easter, and Thanksgiving. We also celebrate each other's achievements, such as graduation, promotions and improvements in grades. Thank you, Habitat for Humanity, for giving people a home.
