Meaning of Home

What is a home? Home can mean lots of different things depending on how you look at it. Some people think it is just walls that make up a place that is safe from the weather, but to me that is a house. I think there are differents in a home and a house. I think that a home can be anywhere it doesn't have to be a structure. But to me a house is a building or some sort of structure. A house is a place that can protect you from weather. Bit a home can be people or pets. My home is important to me because it is a safe place for me and my family. I can go there and feel safe. My home isn’t just walls that build a house it’s a lot more than that. It holds lots of memories and fun times, like when my mom tries to cook even though she is more of a baker. Or when me my dad and brother play tickle monster. My home is important to me because of these elements. Why is it important to have a home ? It is important to have a home because it can keep you safe. I think it is important to know that you do have a home and a safe space. It is a space that you can share things in. People feel a lot more safe in their homes. It is important to have a home that provides you with the things you need. Like it should have water and food. Also it should have a place to sleep. What does a home provide? A home can provide many thing depending on if it is a safe home or not. If you have a safe home you should have many things like food and water. A safe home also has safe people in it and around it. If a person has to talk to someone then they should have a safe person to talk to. A person should also feel safe. A safe home should have food and water too. I think people should have safe and affordable houses because people might need a home with walls and a roof. Weather can be really bad and a house can protect people from storms and other bad weather. People should have a good place to sleep like a bed or a couch, and a house can provide that. Also a house has sinks that can bring water. It is important to have a affordable hose because is is your safe space because you live there and people can’t just walk in. What is the meaning of home? A home isn’t just walls and a roof that keeps the rain away. It is more than that. It is somewhere that you can go everyday. I could wipe my feet on my old welcome mat. I can play with my friends in the rain. Jumping in the mud puddles. As we scream ‘’hooray’’. After, I lay down as my dog gives me snuggles. I feel safe in my home.
