Home is not just a building

What is the difference between a house and home? A home is not just a building with walls and doors like a house. To me a home is a place where we live with our family and share memories, feelings and love. A home is a cozy building where you can feel safe, respected and loved. My home is a shelter where my family lives. Where else can you get the feeling of home? Not at school, not at a park, not at your friend's house--only at your own home. Any place where a family lives can be a home. An apartment can be a home or a townhouse can be a home for some. Do you know what else can be a home? A house is only a home when a family lives in it. A house can be bought but, you need to make it a home. Now you know that home is not just a building, but a place with the family. It is a place where people make memories, share feelings and most importantly share lots of love!
