What home means to me

Home is my safe place, I feel safe and protected by my parents, they take care of me, they buy me food, and work hard to provide for me. Home wouldn't be the same without them. Home is where I hear laughter, I hear my siblings fighting and laughing. Home is where I can cover myself with a warm blanket while watching a movie and eating popcorn. Home is where I can eat my favorite food, fried chicken, that my mom cooked for me and my siblings. Home is where I see my siblings running around playing tag and having fun. Home is where I can have my own bedroom and my own bed to sleep in. Home is my comfort place; I feel happy and comfortable at home. I can be myself; I don’t feel uncomfortable talking at home, I don't get judged by people. Home is a place where you can be yourself. Everyone deserves a loving home that they feel safe and protected in.
