What Home Means to Me

Today I will talk about what home means to me. Home means to me family, calm and my needs being met. To me home is more than just a house, it is family. Family is so important! They love, care, listen and make me feel safe when I am home. It’s nice to know that when I wake up in the morning my family will be there. Also I feel safe at home because I have a lock on my door. Home is a place where I am calm. My home is quiet, comfy and calm when my sister is not home. But enough about her, back to the paragraph! Anyway I can just lay down and relax whenever I want. Also I can sleep in until two pm on weekends if I want to. That is why I feel calm in my home. We all have needs. Those needs are food, water, clothing and shelter. I am grateful for all of them but my sister is not. If you are wondering about the one she is not grateful for, it is clothing. She says that everything in her closet is ugly, but it’s not. At home, my needs are met. That is what home means to me.
