What home means to me

What home means to me; it means to feel safe, it means to feel loved, but most of all it means to feel confident, secure, and not alone. It doesn't matter if you're not family or blood related, it matters that you feel safe, secure and loved. If you feel surrounded with hatred, war, violence, disappointment, it's not home. It's a poor excuse that you call and settle for home, but deep inside where you know what's right, you know it's not. So think about your home environment and how you feel, think if you feel safe and loved. Because I do.
