What Home Feels to Me

Home is exciting. It is where I do my writing. It makes my heart feel warm. And it protects me from a bee swarm. Home is where I let out my feelings. On my chores list is a check. I stand on my deck. Home is funny. I have a pet bunny. It is better than any place. It will never be replaced. When I’m in my home. Beavers outside on the river build domes. It clears me from my frustrations. It's where I give my demonstrations. I come there to take away my tears. I go inside to wipe my tears. Home is where I live my life. My mom cuts carrots with a knife. Home is a place of love. It’s not a place to shove.
