Home Means...

Home means… A home makes you feel warm and safe. It gives you a place to go after work or school. Homes give you a place to sleep, a place to take care of yourself when you feel sick. Homes give you a place to take care of a family and a place to be close with your family. Homes give you your own personal room to stay. A home is where you grow up. A home makes you happy because you have a safe place to stay and be cared for. Homes give you comfort when you feel stressed, or worried and even scared. When you move into a new home, the minute you step foot in your home, it becomes your family and even your friend. A home is not just rooms or floors, it’s your home and your family. Somehow your home finds a way to connect with you. Everyone should have the opportunity to live in a place they can call home. Your home is your life. People on the streets or even at a homeless center should have the right to own a home, even an apartment would make people happy and safe. If I was homeless, and I just got a home, it would mean the world to me because those streets that they live on are cold, cruel, and lonely. So let’s give the people who can’t afford a home a home.
