A Home of Hope

A day after another with cold winter air, Hoping for a home with love that all can’t bear. As snow falls and the day gets colder, For all the unfortunate hope for it to be over. Waiting until the weather is sunshine and rain, Anything to make life better by the day. Then it becomes summer, Watching the sun glow makes some think. Why am I not in a better place? Home isn’t just a place. It's people, laughter, memories, and most importantly love, That makes home a place. To all the people who hopefully one day will have a home, It will be more than just a home. Through everything you have been through, It will be a home of hope.
