What Does Home Mean to Me?

What does home mean to me? In the summers I have windows to let the sun’s beams shine brightly onto the floor of the house. I am never cold, even in the deepest coldest winters because I have a ceiling over my head and walls around my body. In the winter the furnace and my family keep me warm. I have my own bed to snuggle with my family and that warms my heart in every way possible. It helps me sleep peacefully in the deep cold nights. The best part of all is that I am there with my family and nothing is better than that. I feel so bad and sad for the people that do not have a home. I will do anything possible to keep them and their heart warm and not cold, ever in their life. I wish this writing wasn't only for GRADE 4, 5, and 6. I wish it was for everybody so the homeless can be warm. I don’t care about the prize, I only care about the donation to help the homeless. I will do anything to feed them and to keep them warm and happy. In the future I hope that there will be no more homeless.
