Why Home Is Important To Me

My home to me is freedom, my shelter , a safe place to stay, and I am very blessed for it. I have seen many families and children who live on the streets, who have no food, comfort, supplies, or medicine if they are sick or money to buy clothes. I will try hard to donate money to the homeless, so they to can have a home like me . Even though I have a home, I have air conditioning and I am very appreciative for that because then I won’t be too hot or too cold. Whenever it's raining or snowing outside, I have my house to go inside which is my shield. When I go to sleep I can sleep peacefully without any snow or rain on my head. My home is were I am joyful and happy. It is also a safe place to stay when I am mad or sad and others don’t always have that. I have entertainment, like tv, play with my baby brother with dinosaurs, and pets to have fun with. Ever since covid came I have gotten more closer to my home and family. I treasure that moment with my family. My dad got us a ball and lego to play with since we couldn’t go anywhere. We all spent time with each other, we planted flowers in our garden and it was lots of fun. I also got my own room which meant I could have more space, some kids and adults don’t have that. I am very fortunate to have all these things in my life. That is why my home is very important to me and why it is very important for me to donate to this cause.
