What Home Means to Me

Have you ever had a long day and you wish you were home? Home makes me who I am. It makes me feel happy, safe, loved, and a place where I can express myself. One reason why I like my home is that I feel safe. I feel safe because I live out in the country. A second reason I feel safe is that I have a dog. She is really nice. A third reason why I feel safe is that I have a fire alarm system in case of a fire. Those are some reasons why I feel safe at home Another expression I feel at home is loved. I feel loved at home because my family lives there, my home is where I feel welcomed, unlike some other homes I've been to. I also feel loved because I am properly cared for by being given food, water, and shelter. I feel loved at home cause we have family gatherings, where I can see my friends and family. The last reason I feel loved at home is that my family works really hard to keep a roof over our head. That's why I feel loved at home A home is a place where I can feel happy. I spend time with family by going skiing or going to galaxy land or even by doing something simple like watching tv on the couch. Home is also a place where I can play with my brothers. Home is a place where I can not starve and be un- hungry. Home is a place where I can express myself and my feelings. That is what home means to me. Home is a place where I can feel safe, loved, and happy. Unlike others who may have no homes.
