What Home Means to me

A home is more than just a house. It's where I live and I'm loved. I feel safe and secure from the danger of the world. I can wear pyjamas and just relax. Home is where I can have fun, laugh and play. Home is where my family is. I can paint and bake and do what I want. I can curl up in a blanket and watch movies. In my house I love my guinea pig, my hamster and last but not least my family. Home without my family would be so lonely. I’d have no one to hug when I'm sad, no one to laugh with when somethings funny and no one to love. If I lived without my family then my home would be just a normal house. But because I live with family, it isn't just a house, it's my home. My home isn't like my cousins house nor the house beside me. They may look the same but inside those houses aren't the same as mine because my home is where my family is and that is what makes my home so very different then other houses. When I leave for school in the morning, I know that my family will be right there waiting for me to come home. Home is where I can be myself. I’m alway safe inside my walls at my home and that's where I'll stay.
