What is a Home Made Of?

On the outside, it’s just bricks and wood. On the inside, it’s much, much more. It’s home. But what is home made of? It’s made of peace, love, joy, laughter. It’s made of family, memories, comfort. It’s made of warmth, safety, care. Home is where we belong. Being at home means feeling safe, being loved and cared for. It means spending time with the ones you love. It means being warm, not cold. Being remembered, not forgotten. Feeling happiness, not sadness. It means sleeping in a comfy bed, not a hard street. Many people don’t have homes. It’s very saddening, but it’s true. Home means a lot to me.
