What Home Means to Me

Home isn't just a place that I can watch my TV. Its a place where I can truly feel safe and be loved. It is a place where I don't have to worry about having to get soaked in the rain. I can relax there without thinking about the people I don't like, or can talk about anything you want. My opinions get recognized and heard when I speak at home. I am surrounded by people I love which gives me a good night sleep. When there is bad weather, I can just sit back and keep reading my book. I can eat hot food made with lots of love on my dinner table without always eating at a restaurants every day. I can sleep without thinking about having to wake up a early in the morning. I can come home knowing that I can escape whatever I am dealing with will cease whenever I enter my house. Every time I enter my house, I it is a welcoming place where I can express my thoughts and be respected. My cat makes me happy every time I get to play with her and she is there every time. It is also a place where I can hang out with my friends and watch movies with them eating chips. I have most of my memories at home too which I remember for the rest of my life. Home is a place where we can laugh, it is a place of being a better person. I am very lucky to have a home and feel very blessed as not everyone can have it.
