What Home Is To Me

What Home Is To Me Home is my favourite place to go everyday. It's like therapy after school.. Your bed is already done from the morning, you can finally relax. Hours and hours of screentime, chill, and no school until tomorrow. You get to reunite with your family after school, at last. Home smells like dinner, lavender candles, cleaning supplies, perfume, and soap. Home tastes like strawberries and nutella, delicious pancakes with syrup, and an ice cream sundae. Home sounds like your TV going on and your family chattering or they’re on the phone with someone chattering, or quiet sometimes. Home feels safe, comfortable, peaceful, family, fluffy warm blanket, stuffed animals, and cozy. Home looks like a mess sometimes, and home looks nice sometimes. Home is my favourite place to be at, more than a restaurant! Home feels like somewhere I can actually relax, lay, stay calm at, and to do my stuff. Home is like freetime, you can do whatever you want. Play games, and do your homework so it's complete for tomorrow. You don’t need to worry about anything, you can just scream into your pillow and all that stress is gone. Home feels like my comfort zone, and when I go out somewhere it feels like I’m stepping out of my comfort zone, just like how you step out of your home. Home is what keeps your valuable stuff inside. Home is where your bed is. After school you come back home, but home is always there for you because it has a bed for you to lay in, relax in, chill in, and sleep in. Home is where you eat, sleep, bathe, and play. Home is always there for you whenever you’re hungry as well! That is because home has a wonderful fridge filled with all your favorite foods, and it's almost like a local all you can eat buffet! Fun fact, The world's oldest known house is over 10,000 years old! Home is the safest choice of place to be at. This is what home feels like to me!
