What is Home?

Home is a place where you always feel safe. Home is a place where happiness sprouts. Home is a place of shelter, given the job to protect you. Home is a place where memories are made, both big and small. Home is like the smell of fresh chocolate chip cookies baking in the oven. Home is somewhere you can rest when you are feeling down. Home is the embodiment of love and care. Home is a place where positivity will always be found. I am grateful for my home and thank you, Habitat for Humanity, for giving us this opportunity to raise money so homes can be made for the people who don’t have one.
