House vs Home

A house is lonely and quiet. It is made with windows and shingles but a home is filled with love, family, friends and dogs and cats. I have one named Shadow. A home is memories, it is safe. Home smells like home cooked meals like spaghetti and KD, and my nana making brownies with chocolate chips in it and with chocolate icing with smarties on the top. At home my nana makes banana bread chocolate chip muffins. Home is pictures, it is warm, and there is fancy furniture but a house is just walls, doors, bricks, dark, tiles. A house is filled with dust around the room and rickety stairs but a home is full of laughter and fun. A house is made of lots of money, but a home is full of kindness.
