Home
Home means seeing my dogs Duke and Jinx when I get home and my cat Hundie greeting me too. When I get home the house fills with love and my pets' excitement. A home is filled with memories. But a house is cold, and uncomfortable, quiet and lonely with no pets and no memories or love. A house is sad and has wires, and nails. No excitement or fun, just loneliness. A home feels like a home cooked meal like burgers or spaghetti. My favourite is burgers. A home is like a warm hug where I feel safe. But a house is the opposite no family. Home to me is my dogs running around and playing together. It's my cat running too. I can see pictures on the walls of my family of me and my brothers and my mom and dad and my dogs. I can smell my moms cooking every night the food fills the air and my dogs having their dinner. Thank you Habitat for Humanity for giving us the opportunity to participate in your contest and for building homes.
