The Meaning of Home

Home is a safe space where I feel happy and sometimes sad. Home looks like a safe and welcoming place. Home is a safe warm comfortable box. And home to me isn’t just a warm comfortable box home to me is the nice family that I have. Home is the taste of my mom and dads homemade tacos. Home tastes like the great food that my mom and dad cook. After all the food is made we sit in the dining room table and talk about anything Home feels like a warm blanket on my comfortable bed. Home feels like my little brother hugging me. Home smells like my mom’s candles whenever I go to any of my friends houses and I see or smell candles it reminds me of my mom. My mom and dad both like to cook and often when they cook the whole house smells like the food that they are cooking. Home sounds like my little brother singing nonstop. My little brother Ryan is the best little brother in the world and I like to play with him. Home is the sound of my family laughing together while we play board games. Whenever I come home I see my dads fish tank and it reminds me of my dad. In my home I have a bedroom and in there I have a nice comfortable bed. Whenever I go to bed my mom is always there to get me in bed. At my home I have a backyard and in my backyard I have a swing set with monkey bars and a slide. Also I have a big climbing dome and I am never out alone. My brother is always with me. When I think about home I think of my family. Home is about making memories and being together.
