What Home Feels Like to Me

I love my home. My home is a happy place. At home I can feel happy, mad, angry, or glad. It helps me calm down and if I feel a feeling, any feeling will do, I can go to my room and read a book in my bed. I can have a great sleep with my monkey stuffy too, I can dream about my home and my favorite things to do, I can dream on forever with a book in my arms and a pillow under my head. Once I wake up I put on my clothes and make my breakfast. I might read for a bit, and if it was a weekend I would stay in my robe and do up my bed, I would feed all my pets and say hello to my cat. In the winter, once the snowflakes have fallen, I would play in the snow, with my sister and my cat, who would watch from the windows of our house, until dinner is called. We would eat dinner, and my cat would eat kibble, we would eat as a family then clear our plates and the dishes alike, and we, as a family, would all fall asleep. My home is a happy place and I hope yours is too.
