Home has a unique place in my heart

Home has a unique place in my heart. After all, my family lives there with me. It is like a warm hug on a rainy day, or drinking hot chocolate during winter time. It is a special place in my heart because of the comfort it gives me. The love I get and the pleasure of knowing after each days work I can go home to my parents knowing they're waiting for me. Home and house are different because a house is a house, empty, cold and alone, meanwhile a home is filled with the joy and love your family gives you. A home is a place where the people I love are there. It's like the first ray of sunshine on a dark winter night, the warmth that spreads inside you when you face the sun, a mother's hug and family. Home is unique to me because my family lives there and it's the warmth I can always count on when things go south.
