Meaning of Home

Home means hearing my sister laughing and running, it means jumping on my parents bed. I feel free and safe as I enter my home, hearing the car driving into my garage. I know my sister is coming up the stairs as she jumps up each step. She comes inside the room and we visit our hamster together. I shout my hamster's name Marble. I made the name because of the white and brown pattern. I feel the whiskers graze on my face. I feel the softness and it makes me feel warm inside my body. If home were a sight it would be as light as the sunlight on a hot Summer’s day. When I am sad I just jump on my bed and take a nap. After I feel like everything has washed away like a wave headed for the beach, I get off the wave feeling free. I wake up and all the bad stuff has washed away. I got out of my bed. When it is finally winter. I go out and run through the snow. I have a snowball fight . My sister joins the fun and we get worn out and we go back to the house. We have a cup of hot chocolate and watch a short movie. I am happy I have a home and a life where I get to be my real self in my house and I can be with my family. There is one thing I know: no place is better than home. I hope that everyone can afford a home and have a happy life that some people can't afford. I am lucky to have a home. I wish that everyone can afford a real life home. Everyone deserves to live in a home happily.
