The Meaning of Home

There are many different places that can make one feel at home, but what better place than an actual home. A home is a place to feel welcome as you and your family stay up and watch a movie together eating popcorn and sipping on hot chocolate…or not! You don't have to do those kinda things for it to be a home! Just simply being there can make it a home. Memories, activities, and people that make you feel safe, all make a home. A home can be different to everyone! It can be somewhere where you live, visit, travel, and more! If you’re living in a home right now, it doesn't mean that it has to be your home forever. People change and so do homes, it doesn't matter if you have one or two houses or you don't have a home at all. It doesn't have to fully belong to you to be your home. It just has to be somewhere where you feel safe, respected, and loved.
