What's Special About My Home?

What's special about my home is that I can make memorable memories. My home is where you're not told to leave and go find somewhere else to live. Where do you go after a long day of work? Your home is where, and when you walk through the door what feeling do you have? For me it's a feeling of relief, happiness, and excitement to see my family. Home makes people feel safe,safe to be themselves, safe to not get judged, safe because they are home! Your home protects you from the cold days, the hot days, and gives you shelter to live in. When you have a bad day, where do you want to be? I want to be at home. When I smell my moms famously good cooking I feel grateful because I have food to enjoy, and my mom spent all that time to fill my stomach. When I come into my house I never want to leave! When I wake up in the morning I get to see my family and that makes me feel amazing because I have my family to talk to before I head off to school knowing that I will be coming home and that when we all come home we all get the same fantastic feeling! I think home is hope, hope for finding a great home to live in, hope for finding a fantastic home for your kids to live in, hope for a better future! I'm happy my home loves and cares about me as much as I love my home!
