The 6 Senses of Home
The 5 senses are ,taste, touch, smell, hearing, and sight. I am going to write about my home and what home means to me using my senses. Home is like in the summer when I can make fresh iced lemonade on a scorching hot day. Or when I can see the steaming hot coco calling to me to take a sip. When my mom makes pizza, the cheese sizzles in the oven. I really love to play and have fun in my room and where I rest at night. My room is where I play with my friends on a play date and it is where I get ready for school in my nice clothes and where my stuffies are kept safe. In my room, I hop into bed with my stuffies and when I look outside my window I see the Adventures waiting for me. When I look around my pink room, I see it is filled with different kinds of adventures. It is where I see all of the cute and funny faces of all my stuffies. I love to smell my dog's smell when he has just had a bath but when he does not have a long while my dog smells a lot of different things. For example, sometimes he smells like chips and I don't like it. I don't know why but my dog does. I hear birds singing a beautiful tune when I wake up in the morning. I also hear my mom or dad making food for school and I hear my mom and dad getting ready for work. There is chaos in the house in the morning, but I would not change it for anything. This is what home means to me.
