My home is a place where my dad plays his Star Wars game on the couch. It’s where my mom sits in her comfortable chair, it’s where my brother is playing his VR in my living room, it is where my dog comes to say hi. She barks like she is saying something. My cat comes to sit on my lap. The sound of soft purring fills the room as my cat makes biscuits on my lap. My mom wakes me up in the morning, my mom loves to make banana muffins sometimes I help. It's not just the house it’s the people. It’s the way everyone makes me smile, the soft sound of laughing fills the room, music by Stray Kids and the loud washing machine. My family gives big hugs that make me feel safe and protected from everything. Sometimes you have to step outside but its ok, the birds are loud.
